For security managers, immediate service is critical

When you have an emergency, it is essential to get immediate service and to have the job done right, the first time. With Beishir Lock & Security, you always have a service technician on call 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Should you qualify for your Premium Account Program, you will have your own professional technician, no more than 1 hour away 5pm to 8:30am, 365 days a year.

Emergency planning eliminates potential problems

When we establish your company on Premium Account program, we will sit down and review your security systems. We will then gather and record all of the necessary information on your locking hardware and key systems. All of the proper information will be encoded and stored in our databases. When you do call day or night, we will be able to dispatch a service technician who is prepared to handle any or all security related problems on site.

This emergency service will save you both time and money in the long run. The service will reduce the typical management frustration associated with meeting a service technician on site. The program will make it easier to handle paperwork and instructions over the phone and all billing will be easily handled as part of the normal course of business. Extra keys, if necessary, can be delivered to your facility the next business day. This service can make security emergencies very simple to manage without frustration or inconvenience.

Guaranteed service for non-premium accounts

If you do not qualify for Premium Account status, but would like to be able to enjoy the benefits of guaranteed emergency service, you can sign up for our special Guaranteed Emergency Service Program.

For a small annual fee, you can sign up for our Guaranteed Emergency Program. When you join this program we will include your name and information in our service databases. We will place your name on our dispatchers Guaranteed Emergency list, and when you call with an emergency, you will enjoy the same level of service and immediate response as our Premium Accounts.
